[2] So many harsh moments on this, it makes me want to tear it up.
Cheers guys.

carter leaving nearly broke my heart hey. It was just like "fuck well there goes gallows". Sure next album was good but they died that day

the debut sounds so much fresher imo, even though this can be considered as their magnum opus. really nice review anyway gonzo, pos'd

Cheers artuma. Haven't really played their debut as much, probably because the bleak aspect of this really appeals to me more. Should jam it more though.

This and Orchestra are all that matter tbh, has nothing to do with Wade tbh just their following albums weren't nearly as engaging/savage.

Out of curiosity, what's everyone's thoughts on Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes? Absolutely blinding live act but not sure if they totally live up to this

Frank Carter atrs was the best band I've ever seen live. Which is saying something . The guy is a spectacular frontman. Love the band, but he's a very positive and happy person these days, he was so fucking angry with this band. Haha

How was Moosey B btw Mort? Going by Facebook I'm guessing it was the Tunbridge show?

Yeah man went wirh mark and chloe it was good but dull, im not a massive fan of the band and it all sorta blended together
The opener local band Drawstring were sick tho, fun two piece emo band
|
| |
Yeah saw MB twice at 2000trees and preferred their acoustic set, songwriting shone through a bit more than the full band set
I've heard a lot of good things about Drawstring actually, I've got some mates who know the band quite well
