Yeah...no. DEK was a step up from NItND, but less than half of it has stayed in rotation. Again, I really, really like those tracks--probably more than I like any individual track on TFoH, at least at this juncture--but this album is more enjoyable as a whole.

Yeah, I feel like the concept of Sanctifide played a huge part in how they wrote certain tracks.

Worth mentioning that "The Night Subscriber" is a great Song in case you weren't convinced with the singles.

I thought the vast majority of DEK songs were good but to each their own. Was surprised no mention of Dead Letters in that discussion; that song is a great closer.

This is leaps and bounds ahead of DEK. Album of the year so far for me. Takeover, Residual, Shifts, Passer, Pale Flag...so many good, memorable tracks.

Shifts is excellent, that smooth chorus with those drums. Awesome album/band.
Also new drummer is ace.
