Excellent album. Sun city creeps and morning light in particular are dynamite. Can't believe I've never heard this band before.

Between new Weezer and Deftones, Post Pop and this, 2016 is picking up fast.

Wow, this seriously rules. It's also got a summer-y vibe that will make it even better as the weather gets nicer.

I jammed their last one so much two summers ago, and it looks like this one will be getting the same treatment this summer. 'Politics of Free' is awesome.

That part in The Take where the instrumentation goes bonkers is all you feel you need to feel for a few seconds, good stuff

Can't See At All is a jam. Total summer album. I was thinking that as well. At least it's gonna be sunny and 91 today so it's basically already summer here

Not really sure how to feel about this. Sometimes, I get caught up in how laid-back and sunny this album is. Other times, it just feels like background music that tries incredibly hard to be as inoffensive as possible.

EDIT: Made up my mind. With the exception of "Creature Comfort", "Can't See At All" and "The Take" this just sounds like musical wallpaper: it's nice looking and stuff, but it really do much else. I think this might be so laid-back, it's to the album's detriment.

Yeah, not getting the hype.

Isn't summer music supposed to be laid back though? I think that's why I love it so much. I agree in that it can be "wallpaper music" but that's part of the fun in summer jams. Just something soothing and pretty to play while drinking on the beach. This album fits the bill
