It might be his last tour.

It's not that I don't like this, it's more like he's playing it way too safe on this and the instrumentation and lyrics leave a lot more to be desired. The hype and comparisons between this and his Berlin work is pretty off, it's a lot more similar to the atmosphere of Kill City and New Values rather than Lust for Life.

This record has the most dense instrumentation of his career. What do you desire more of?

Berlin comparisons are pretty accurate. Doesn't have the same vibe but sonically it's like Queens take on Berlin sound.

'to be desired' implies something is being left out. What didn't he do that you wanted to see?

Also, in all fairness, Iggy has never been a poet's poet lmao

Anything that isn't that lame ass rant at the end of the album would've been cool

Pretty sure it is if it fucks up a pretty good song that would've been perfectly fine without it.

If this is his final album, then Iggy really fell out with a bang.

It doesn't sound anything like the berlin albums but it's still great.

I know this 4.5 is odd but that's my initial reaction. Really the only track I didn't enjoy THAT much was American Valhalla.
