see, I had that issue initially, but now I really don't see it as a problem. I like that it's a bit more compact and doesn't really milk anything. It's a nice balance between the ethos of the style that I like with a quick, accessible format.

I'm with Sach on this one (what is going on). Review had me intrigued, but this album was kinda underwhelming for me. It had a lot of cool spots, but it felt like a collection of unfinished sketches to me.

yea like i don't think it's to the album's detriment. there's a bit of charm with unfinished sketches - leaves the imagination up to the listener as to what direction it should take, filling in the blanks or whatever. drawing attention to the brushstrokes, rather than the whole picture

did you listen with headphones? if so, don't. i was much more satisfied when i had a sense of being surrounded by it. i usually don't try to advocate things like that, but with this album i really noticed a significant difference
