Gotcha e21, and you're welcome. These corrections I gave you, are a way to positively criticize your review in order to help you improving your writing. And after all, that's what you're asking for; some positive criticism, and you got it in my own way ;)
Also, have you re-listened to the keyboard segment of Mr Pine (2:07) vs the keyboard segment of Running Hard (5:14)?
By the way, Mr. Pine was penned by Michael Dunford, so no surprising that Renaissance borrowed a Mr Pine's passage and put it into a subsequent song.

You haven't checked the essential albums by Renaissance wham? they're like, huh, ESSENTIAL!

I see them but was unsure about what they were like, It didn't pass my unknown band coolness factor test, but now that I know, I'm on board

If you'd like to start with the band their first albums are definitely not a good starting point, you gotta check Ashes are Burning, Turn of the Cards and Song of Scheherazade, perfect mix of prog and classical music, plus best bass ever

Cool, I'll look for some, The name put me off, couldn't tell if they were neo-psych, which I don't really like, bu the time period is great, thanks for the heads up.
We get along so much better when not talking BS!

And don't forget to check also Prologue and Novella. Both are also great albums, soon after the other three already mentioned.

That's funny, I listened to both these albums today. I prefer Prologue over Novella. I have to listen to the latter once more though.

I no longer listen these albums for a while. I think you're right. Prologue is probably better than Novella. However, I think both are very similar in terms of quality.

I've been digging the more renowned part of the band's discogs for quite some time, and I absolutely love it, but I've heard their first two records are a bit different. Are they worth listening too? Judging on your ratings I assume they probably are, but still..

Their very first is better than ''Illusion''. The s/t is a folk rock album with a good load of classical piano. Album is more consistant than Illusion'', another folk album from witch the production was broken because of a switch in the personnel, so the rest of the band showed some difficulties to glue the whole thing together. Try ''Golden Thread'' and ''Face of Yesterday'' though.

Here comes an 8 year bump, brace yourselves.
This is nice, it has some really good moments and other times it's just confusing. Review is on point, e2, great job as always.
