There is no way this is a 2.5. It may not be the best BTBAM album but it damn sure deserves more respect than this. Especially with someone who seems to know what they are talking about. What ..are you going to come back with how stupid i am now or how much more you know about music than I do? Your review is a joke. And I don't know about anybody else but the comparison to Dream Theater is crap as well. I am a big fan of dream theater and I would never compare the two outside of the obvious. If you want to make an honest review, I'm all ears. But I don't believe you gave this enough of a chance or you are just trying to be different for attention. Obviously, to each his own, but this is just silly.

Liking this album isn't the stupid part, it's the fact that you mentioned Kanye West and Underoath and made a really dumb comparison about what you deem to be inferior to this. If you want to argue musicianship, go ahead. This is a 2.5 by BTBAM standards, this is a 2.5 by prog metal standards. Just because the band can noodle around on their instruments and never play the same riff twice doesn't make this some sort of phenomenal album. It's boring, it's dull, it's uninspired, and it's completely average and fails to stand out in comparison to other heavy albums coming out this year.
