Wolfe was right, this is great. Especially dig the vox. Cleans even kinda sound like Garm to me tbh which is always a good thing.

I didn't get frustrated after I listen to Meshuggah, I like 5 albums of them (Nothing, ObZen, Chaosphere, Destroy Erase Improve and Koloss). Great band.

I don't like Textures as much as them but Drawing Circles is a very good album. I wish I could get into Silhouettes but it gets me tired (especially the relentless screaming vocals which wouldn't stop).



In my opinion Drawing Circles is much more atmospheric than Silhouettes, but atmosphere is always something that can be important for me.

Ok maybe I exaggerated a bit, I know he often sings, I like his clean vocals, especially on Drawing Circles. But I am not a big fan of his screams.

But it's not a big problem on DC because I like how the songs are made there so it made it easier getting used to the screams.



Maybe I give Silhouettes another chance some day. I have this sometimes, some albums get better and better and just need time to unfold.
