mm. All good points. I hate to give the impression I used a thesaurus to bang this out; my intention was to be specific, not impressive. I see I did not accomplish that, and that helps to know.
The "limp" is something I've seen ascribed to waltz that aren't perfectly in time. It "limps" insofar that the beat has minor irregularities, akin to a crippled man waltzing. That song carries that feeling to me, but I described it poorly. A phrase that odd deserves some context or it shouldn't be used at all.
And now that you mention it, "Enter X" has been used a bunch here. All good stuff I'll keep in mind for my next review. Thank you a ton; I really appreciate the honesty.
