Some highs and lows on here but not bad for a double album.

I love the closer on this album so much.

Album is perfect for when you want an extra long blast of pure rock and roll.

If you ever need an example of what capital R Rawk should sound like look no farther than Ronnie and Neil.

BUMP.
Album crafted by people you’d actually want to talk to, not from people you’re spoken down by.

It rocks like fuck Boney dude. For me this is the essence of that ‘earthen’ honest country thing that only a very few can pull off.

Decoration Day and Dirty South are equally essential.

I've listened to both but I still only really get to know an album when I've picked up a copy - as then I feel compelled to listen to it to death.

I can't quite feel the same way streaming music...I'm always tempted to keep exploring.

Can't quite relate but that's mostly a result of my having become a music fan within the streaming culture - I admit there's some appeal in the "old way" but I never had any experience with that. Occasionally I pick up a physical copy but only after I've gotten to know the album very well already.

Well I couldn't do without streaming now for exploration purposes so I'm somewhere in the middle regarding it.

Something about actually having the physical copy of an album that makes you feel like you've made a commitment lol

I also like the artwork/sleeve and having the spines showing of your favorites on a shelf somewhere. I still buy paperback novels and the occasional DVD too so I'm hopeless.

I don’t buy half as many CDs as I used to and hardly watch films anymore although I will buy Bladerunner when it comes out.
Paperback Novels are an absolute essential though.
