Fantastic review, I've been thinking about getting this for a while now. I've only heard 5'15 on hear, but Entwistle bass solo is nuts.
I'm also surprised that you said Eddie Vedder's performance wasn't that good. I've heard Pearl Jam doing Baba O'Riley, and it sounded great.

^Yeah, I thought he was really stiff and unfeeling on I'm One. I thought he did a fine job with Rog on Let's See Action, though.
And Ivor, I don't need to fight to prove I'm right.
I don't need to be forgiven. :p

I wish they would bust out A Quick One at these more recent shows. In fact, I haven't heard of them playing it since the early 70s. But I haven't extensive access to Who bootlegs.
I'm definitely going to have to check more of this out in the near future.

Its hard to do that song without John doing the falsetto's...to me, its one of the best Who Songs, if not the...
I do love Who's Next though...great songs on there
Actually, I think my favorite is this live version of Bargain on the Box Set...fucking amazing!

I see you post some in the forums, Ivor. Just so you know there is an active Who thread in Rock&Metal called Hope I Die Before I Get Old. It's great for general discussion about the band, and we share the latest news and what we've been listening to and what not regarding the Who. Sometimes we share music, too. Like the Young Vic performance someone uploaded and linked and a sampler of this album I shared yesterday. Pop in sometime. We can always use a good new member in the thread.

I would love to show up in the thread if the forum would allow me to post there.
