@Sowing: You've heard them mentioned with yellowcard? Personally I wouldn't compare the two; I think they're pretty different bands in the genre.

ATL is one of my guilty pleasures in the pop punk world, but as I've let this album settle it's probably closer to a 3 for me.

Following the welcome return to form that was ‘Don’t Panic’, Baltimore's All Time Low look to mature on 6th LP 'Future Hearts'. Produced by John Feldmann, the quartet are more power-pop than pop-punk these days, no matter who the 2 big name guest vocalists are. For the album's 1st half, the band match their best, but then they go into cruise-control & get into a mid-tempo rut towards the end of these 46 minutes. Far from imaginative, innovative or overly memorable, and with still no genuine home run hit, this is more harmless fun without any cringeworthy troughs. Recommended Tracks: Runaways, Old Scars/Future Hearts, Something's Gotta Give & Kicking and Screaming.

I enjoy most of this album way more than I should.
