Holy Wood was my first Manson album. I hadn't even listened to any of his songs really, I was just vaguely aware of him at the time. That was the first album that actually made me cry which doesn't happen that often so that one holds a truly special place in my heart... Really wish we got that accompanying novel that Brian stowed himself away to write during the Columbine shitstorm.
And Great Big White World is indeed his best opener ever by a wide margin. They are at the absolute height of their power on that track and several following it.

I Don't Like The Drugs is my least fave on the album but its really novel and I appreciate it. I also always had a hard time fully getting into Last Day On Earth. Something about that track just felt slightly off to me.
