@Jethro:The older stuff is more experimental, it's pretty decent. And it's actually just Mariusz with guest

musicians :-), but this album does sound more like a band

Dammit bloc

I intend to try their discog. I already listened to their self titled and I enjoyed it, probably more than this one. Both are near from a 4 tho but I need more time to sink in.

Lounatic Soul's discography can be rewarding but I'm starting to think it's a hit or miss.

^Cool video! It includes an excerpt of Pygmalion's Ladder, the song that I mentioned as ''such a superb song''.

Found this on RYM's top 2014 ranking. Digging it so far :-] Really weird and chill. I needed more ambient, so this will probably end up being another good find.

Despite my nickname, this left me quite indifferent

Not sure what I dislike more, a technical slog or unmemorable breeze. Both are painful reminders that the clock is ticking away.

Gutter and Treehouse are such great tracks, wish the entire album had that flow going.

My favourite album by him and perfect for winter especially december.

Immediately after the first listen years ago there was a special connection I had with every song on it and I loved the very cold winterly atmosphere.

Shutting Out The Sun is the perfect opener and Walking On A Flashlight Beam even more so as closer.

And only Gutter has 3 choruses.

Gutter is such a fun track. Duda's bass work is absolutely killer, especially in the bridge.

I'm glad it is very cold and november again. Perfect album for november and december.

It makes me sad that Stars Sellotaped is only 1:34 long. Why not 6 minutes? It's wonderful ambient, it sounds like I'm watching the stars at night.

I love all 9 songs and I'm glad about the ambient and progressive rock influences.

Beautiful album to zone out to. Just like the rest of LS discography more or less. Can't wait for some more new material.
