Kinda odd how you put out your first negative review in a while on the same day that I started writing my own first negative review in a while, haha.

Gave this a read over and I don't really have any criticisms man. Well done

Oranges, we are obviously reviewing twins. That's why we both reviewed that ASD release the same day too.

Thanks dude, appreciate it! I kept it short, because...this sucks. lol

Just think, dude. One day we'll be all like: "Explo, remember a few years ago when..."

...YEARS.

enjoyed your review, seems fitting for the generally counterintuitive path of this band. for me it was always Allegiance > Instinct, and this (to my ears) sounds even worse.

only one -very- minor gripe: toward the last third of the paragraph, after "'An Oath'", when you mentioned the singing. should be 'neither horrendous nor...'

gotta have them agreements. otherwise, great job. this thing didn't deserve more than one paragraph.

Thanks infinite, appreciate the catch there. Editing now. Yeah, I have only heard Instinct once, but the reality is that it's always been the same song and dance for them. And it's only gotten worse over the years haha.

no problem, dude. you are absolutely right. i like to fancy myself a bit more "refined' in my tastes these days, but it was bands like this that got me interested in heavy music way back in the day. still kinda fun to slap folks around to the first few tracks off Allegiance, even in my crusty old age. it's been...

YEARS.

Lmao exactly! It's weird to think that so much time has passed.

Great review Signal For me the death of this album is the mix; lifeless and awkward.

I think you missed the work 'to' in the intro sentence, but a solid personal write up otherwise. Particularly like "Opener "City Limits" masquerades as a song" haha, scathing.

When will someone ghost promote you Mark? You deserve it, at least you know where the promos are when you want them. Good to see you putting some thoughts up.

Thanks all!! Agreed about the horrible production job.

@Dan, I don't see where I missed a 'to' in the first sentence.

@Rob, Thanks man, I appreciate. I'm still rusty, but I am glad to be getting back into it. It feels good.
