Album shreds, a little generic but solid as hell. Kudos to Unearth for keeping it heavy the whole way through as well.

This might be their best album now. The riffs on this are insanely on point and production is a killer once again. Also, their new drummer is great and really makes up for the lack of absence in drums on the last two records.

Funny the only review for this is from a guy who just heard of the band a year ago. Been rockin Unearth since 2003. This album slays.

This album is so damn good and Unearth as a whole feel revitalized. They bring the junz and the aggression to the forefront. Fuck yeah. By the way, I made that decision after like 3 listens because it really is good.

I really thought Unearth was going to have more cleans in this album, but I was pleasantly surprised by the aggressive nature of this record. Hopefully, Unearth continues making records like this for years to come.

The riffs though. God damn. Band has always been great in that area but this one is just so angry, whole
album hits really hard. I would actually say the length is perfect due to how unrelenting each track is.

And the drumming is soooo much better than the previous couple releases.

Highly recommend picking up the Deluxe edition as the bonus tracks KICK ASS. Throes of Remission belongs on the album IMO. I'm not sure why it was left off. The slayer cover is rules as well.

fair enough, if you don't like their older stuff you're not going to like this. Imo this is the best that the genre can offer

I've heard a bit of HSB but I've never really given them a proper listen. Probably should, people

have said good things

"Yeah maybe cuz I don't really like metalcore"

Yeah that's probably the reason haha

Nah I got you and I definitely understand the generic and without depth comment as well but these guys are just fun to jam. I kind of take them for face value tho and don't really read too much into the actual music other than is it a good time
