Ok fine. I won't start "hatin" in this thread. But I still son't think stinky is a perfectly fine adjective considering it refers to smell. Like there's just so many many other adjectives that he could have used. Retched, horrible, awful etc.

I just think it's a very generic song. The lyrics are very poor- "I just want to bring you down so badly... in the worst way" that's no better of a chorus hook than "You're Beautiful". It's like they're trying to sound like the stereotype of today's pseudo-emo music.

Got the CD burned for me by my friend, so far it's pretty good. Favorites are Error: Operational, What's it feel liek to be a ghost, and Make Damn Sure.

I'm suprised that I actually like this album. However, after reading your review, you completly didn't mention Spin, which I believe is one of the best songs on the album.

ok, after reading your review a little more thoroughly, i have to say; a really good job. BUT i do have 2 problems...

1. Miami is actually a really good song, just needs to grow on you

2. how the hell can you not like ghost man on third or new american classic!? new american classic granted is not to everyones taste and people find it crap for TBS, i disagree and think it's an intense song. HOWEVER- ghost man on 3rd, is one of the finest taking back sunday song's ever, right behind this photograph is proof & there's no 'i' in team!! it's sooo good

i love Taking Back Sunday its that music that makes you want to jump around and shit. As soon as i heard thier new album was out i wanted to buy it. The only song i had heard from it was makedamnsure wich is an awsome song. But when i first listened to the CD i was a little disapionted for i expected all the songs to be more like thier old albums mixed with makedamnsure. But after i listened to it a couple of times i love it and cant stop listening to it. Like the first time i listened to coheed and cambria i didnt really like the sound but now i love it. Like my friends id ask them if they liked Story of the Year or something and theyd say no right away now there like his favorite band. It just shows that you should always give everything a chance and try something new. Boy i am of topic.

Its a good review for the most although I feel you've been slightly over critical on his lyrics and singing, well its your opinion obviously but I find his voice amazing even if its verging on being whiney the only problems I have with the album are its too short and a few tracks could have been longer
