hi Jac

You're opening paragraph about the band dwindling in creativity after their debut is simply false. Vogg has written too many creative riffs and I'm really, really surprised you've never noticed them (and quite frankly, enjoyed his style of dm considering you love tech death).

However, I agree about this album sucking ass. You can make the argument about their creativity vanishing with this album but come on dude, I feel you've never given their other albums a deserving chance. And yes, I'm defending this band because Vogg and Vitek were absolutely amazing together, technically and rhythmically.

Sincerely,

Wizard

Oh Wiz, you always know what's on my mind.

Jac were you smoking when you wrote this?

This is lame though. Makes me sad.

First 2 albums are pretty solid 3.5's, but I have no desire to check out anything else by these guys.

it rules man so good on ya

I personally don't get the flak their later discography gets. especially everything up to Organic. it's solid tech death chunk without all the fucking tweedle dees from the staler parts of the genre. all their material, even some of carnival and this, is solid. good riffs and decent songwriting.

i mean sure they aren't re-inventing the wheel by any stretch of the imagination but there's no doubt it's totally enjoyable death metal that will get you moving
