Go chronologically, they have a good evolution to follow, but if not then I would say listen to Geogaddi which is my favorite. Their EPs are for the most part well worth checking too, if you also enjoy Geo.

I’ll try Geogaddi… my knowledge of electronic music is pretty limited. I checked “Tomorrow’s” after a rec and it grew on me. Thnx.

you know that feeling you get when you listen to music and it resonates throughout your entire body, like you can feel your skin tighten up and get all prickly and its like the most singular, sublimely euphoric temporary experience ever? (i think its called frisson but i think that word sucks)

i dont think i have an album that causes that to happen more than this one.

It is mind blowing to me how under appreciated this is. Geogaddi and Music Has the Right are two top albums for me, and I truly do hold this on the same level as both.

Just as Music has the Right fully enveloped the feeling of nostalgia and weird comfort in unfamiliar sounds, and how they returned and perfectly captured the weirdness but were cohesive with it on Geogaddi... they did the same here with capturing bleakness but also, determination through said bleakness... it doesn't stop, doesn't end, it keeps going. like we all should.

It's the darkest official BoC album but that should absolutely be way more welcomed than it has been

Awesome review, next time I listen to this I'm going to keep in mind your experience and reflections on it and see how it sounds through those lenses.
