It's pretty decent. They still manage to make albums this lengthy work, which is saying something for the kind of music they play.

I don't know why, but I seem to enjoy Runes more than TUOC. Maybe because it's better produced, the screamer has a much stronger vocal range, and the breakdowns don't sound messy like the ones in TUOC. As far as creativity goes, they're average and do nothing new. Is it a bad thing? Perhaps, but there's plenty of time for them to pull off something different in future releases.
