Not meaning to be a dick toward Relinquished, but you had "It's all hash" correct the first time with the apostrophe, since you're contracting "it is", and not making "it" possessive of anything.

This sounds awesome upon first listen, I expect it will grow on me a lot.

"but it is their best at encapsulating the project's entire career, better than how Hymns tried"

this

awesome EP for sure, really grew on me even though I'd love for the new LP to showcase a lil' more boldness but hey if it's as solid as this I'll still be a happy guy.

i felt hymns was a bit inconsistent tbh but the title track is one of godflesh's best.

works no matter with/out the "new"; godflesh quoted that before and summ applies to the band like they applied VD to

themselves

Cronenberg is one of my favourites! You have mighty fine tastes in movies.

And the best track off Hymns is Defeated!

Videodrome is a really great flick for sure.

speaking of Cronemberg, just saw Maps To The Stars yesterday in the pictures yesterday, it's a minor Cronemberg but a good Cronemberg noneless and a really great portrait of fucked up roman mythology inspired degenerates with a tad of black humour there and there. Although in my opinion the heart of the story isn't really centered on hollywood but more about the actual fuck-ups that managed to evolve in it, constantly attacked by their own minds. So yeah in the end I had a good time even though the film takes it's time to create a sense of direction, thankfully it all gets tied up nicely in the end when everyone erupts

Isn't that fag from Twilight starring in it? He fucked up Cronenberg's Cosmopolis and I wasn't that taken by his character in the first place. He needed a more subtle actor to pull off that role and now I'm pissed that's his go-to actor.

Peter Weller and Naked Lunch is one of my favourites.

yep he's in it but it's a really minor secondary character part, you should be able to cope with him I'm sure
