He did? Man I haven't been watching much TV to see that, how long ago was this? Well, I hope he'll improve in his material with his debut album later in the year bc this EP sucked badly. "What About Love" is still his best, should've done more stuff like that.

Ronald Mahonald

Something I've never understood about Mahone is his appeal in the first place. He's not as good a singer as Bieber, he's not as cute as any of his contemporaries (e.g. Bieber, Hayes, Jaden Smith) and his output has been middling at best. So what gives? You'd think that their primary audience would at least reject him by their own warped standards (if Biebs is the best and Mahone is miles behind him, how can he be bearable?).

Just heard Mahone perform the national anthem for Game 1 of the NBA Finals, and I gotta say this: it was pretty fucking terrible. Flat, vocally was pretty weak and range-wise was quite limited. Anyone else see it?



Sucks that I gotta hear him another 4 times in these NBA Finals, then again in August. Maybe he'll improve then?

Mahone is a cypher, completely devoid of personality. So he's only as his successful as his production or his guest stars which is why it took him 5 singles to get into the top 50 and the two singles he's released since then went double styrofoam.

Decided to change the rating of the EP, considering the review I wrote gave it some positives and wasn't deserving of a 1.0.



I wasn't very impressed by Mahone when I saw him on August 4th, but he wasn't actually bad either. It was a typical generic pop concert performance, reminiscent of shit I've seen from BSB and *NSYNC in the past. The opening acts were very good so at least he had that. First concert was not bad at all, pretty solid.
