Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am not sure I fully understand some of your points. This one for instance:
'It's understandable that these two are attempting to distance themselves from maniacal ego, hubris and excess; Turn Blue however manifests itself as a punishment for the casuals and a testament to loyalty."
I only listened to the album streaming once from the iTunes First Play, but I will surely listen to it now that is released. The first play I really liked, so I am somehow surprised on the "average" ratings.
