Cool review, pos'd. I haven't listened to those guys in ages. I have definitely listened to their debut, not so sure about this one. I'll definitely give it a go.

This has many similarities with their debut so if you enjoyed First and Last and Always chances are you'll like this one too. Also, incredible dig!

I haven't listened to this in so long, but now that you've reminded me how good it is I can't stop playing it.

Yeah man, I'm also in that mood lately. I'm jamming gloomy stuff including these guys.

Good to see the sisters get reviewed! And a nice review!

I personally prefer this one to their debut because it just flows so nicely together, one of the albums which is better than the sum of it songs.

This is mainly due to the slower "less spectacular" album tracks (Flood I+II, Driven like the snow, 1959) which prove to be the perfect links for the standout singles Dominion, This Corrosion and Lucretia My Reflection. I share your notion about the latter, its bassline and overall atmosphere make it the best song the sisters ever did.

But i usually jam the extended version off "A Slight Case Of Overbombing" because i just can't get enough of it.

I like first and last and always a bit more, but both are fantastic albums

Same here. I prefer their debut but only slightly. I just get a different vibe from it, a bit more bleak.

@Donchivo

Thanks man! Certainly agree with your remark about the sum of the songs.
