God damn, this album is something else. Very, very depressing stuff. Considering my recent mood, this is honestly pretty heavy. Wish is one of my favourites so far

Depressing?! This is one of the most uplifting albums I have heard! If you want depressing Hammock, listen to Maybe They Will Sing For Us Tomorrow or the first half of The Sleepover Series

I suppose it depends on perspective. For me, this kind of beautiful, meditative ambient stuff is depressing in the way that Untitled 3 is by Sigur Ros (if you know it). Some songs on here are certainly uplifting, but others seem cold and sad. The opening track serves as a good example: it sounds like something I would listen to while reminiscing about the past

The title track: I'm at a loss for words right now. This is one of the most beautiful tracks I've ever listened to.

People are so nitpicky idk man but this may be better than Raising Your Voice which is a bit overlong at points. At no points has this dragged yet

This all hit hard but nothing hit harder than the title track. That one is something else.
