I have no idea what you're talking about when you say the bass and drums have more presence on this album. The bass definitely has more texture to it due to some distortion / fuzz on a lot of the songs, but for the most part it is damn near inaudible to my ear. The production in general kind of pisses me off on this album.

This is great. But anything above a 4 is just way too generous imo.



Heard lots of people say its one of the best albums they've ever heard (both in the soundoffs and in user lists). Hype for this is quite a bit stronger than it probably deserves.



But hey, at least it's their best album since Vena Sera.
