It's pretty impressive that CBK can maintain some sort of freshness with the songwriting, despite the polish.

Also I def. am in the minority that thinks Broadcasting is their best record so far.

Broadcasting... got me into these guys also. It's grown off me a bit but the title track and Defeated are still killer.

Really think Wade sounds weak compared to Neufeld

The current vocalist (Neufeld, correct?) has a really good voice. I think it fits the genre well.

I really enjoyed the song losing sleep, and then followed by should know better, which to me was kind of awful

Sorry for the double post, but 'Didn't Even Mind' is a pretty rad song too, it is weird that the two slower paced, more controlled songs were my favorites. Especially when the entire album is focused on playing so fast.

Am I the only one picking up a Trash Talk vibe here and there? Referring to some of the rifts, and the vocal delivery.

I noticed it too. The hardcore I've listen to has more of a 'stating' someone, not really singing. I've mainly listened to STYG and Comeback kid in h.c. though, so I could be wrong.

I really like Didn't Even Mind. I don't think it needed that pit part tacked on at the end, but overall it's catchy as hell.

So much great stuff off of this. I think Somewhere in This Miserable... is my favorite at the moment.

Very solid album. "Didn't even mind" is greatly written.

This is pretty solid stuff actually. I never really liked these guys but this album is refreshing.
