This is a little more varied than A;W, particularly the longer songs Fiend and Guiltless. Thinking this is an early contender for AOTY among the post-metal crowd.

Sure, this is nicely written, but I really don't like this style of review. It tells me pretty much nothing about the album.

eh, these reviews make me cringe a bit but it's still nicely written if you're into that kind of thing

This album is a harrowing experience so I tried to convey that rather than just describing how the
guitars are heavy and the drums are heavy and the songs build and climax and so forth. It's an
impression review.

Finishing this just now, I realized it reminds me a lot of Kowloon Walled City's Container Ships.

Vocals seemed a bit weird at first but the riffs are so good and it starts to make sense. Plus, the addition of strings was a brilliant idea

"Guiltless" is a journey for sure. They really put those strings to good use.
