They look really absurd and elaborate when they perform right?

Great review, man, pos. I like this and appreciate it as a piece of art (I listened to it along with the movie, as Wes hinted), but it didn't have the same impact on me as The Moment....

Thanks man. Just re listened to that actually and it was pretty great. The title track is amazing.
They know how to close an album.

I wish bros.

Oh I see. That's really lame when bands barely do anything on stage.

I need to give these guys another listen. I've only heard Cruel Melody all the way through and that was years ago.

Good review, man. Nice to see you contributing a fair bit around here.

One thing I would suggest- it would benefit you to just get to the point a bit quicker in your first paragraph. You could probably just introduce the "this is actually nothing like Limp Bizkit" and then move on, unless you'd like to explain the qualities of that band that this one doesn't have or vice versa. I guess what I'm trying to say is that your first paragraph, while long, could afford to dig a bit deeper.

Thanks man. I guess I rambled to make it a bit longer and just to try to make a decent start. Intro and conclusion paragraphs are the hardest.

Woo for reviewing somthing more obscure!
Awesome review, I'll definitely check this, I always wanted to see him do something more interesting than LB when I was a nipper but didn't know this existed

Wait this is a soundtrack for Holy Mountain? If so I'm pretty curious now

Sweet mad now you have BLB! Check cruel melody it's more accessible than this but still interesting.

Barber, yep. If you start the movie, it's meant to be played along side specific scenes. Never saw that movie though.

the songs follow the first 40 minutes or so. it's a cool idea and it worked great. happy to see a new review that woke interest in the record a year after it was released.

Certainly sounds like it would be pretty cool. From the looks of it not many people have heard BLB in general. Prob for the reason I mentioned haha

Yeah, they are quite underrated and unnoticed, it's a bummer. I listened a lot to The Moment... when it came out and the following months (Lotus Island kept that momentum going). I hope Wes won't take another 5 years to release new stuff with BLB.

Yea he has enough money from goddamn LB to do whatever the fuck he wants. I wish he'd leave that band to just completely focus on this.
