I write with flowery language, that's just how it goes (thanks, high school English curriculum!) but I
really do get the sense they're trying to be too epic here, hence my main argument. I'm allowed to
state my major flaw with the album and despite that I think it's good enough for a low 3.5. If I said
"This is good, it deserves a 3.5," that wouldn't be much of a review, would it? And Acad, I think it's
worthwhile to discuss what I assume to be the band's attitude when it totally dictates everything
about the album. Like, listen to 3 or 4 tracks (I'm assuming you have at some point given a non-5
rating) and tell me they're not trying to be grand

Never was too keen on these guys.
I liked the review, but I partly agree with Zettel's comment. I don't mind verbose language in general, but the last paragraph is perhaps a bit overkill.
