True^^ he's right where he belongs in music I feel like, if only he could be a more beneficial team mate. I think he's got a great voice, I love it actually, but his lyrics hardly stay accessible before they turn into "I fucking hate you, I like you better when you go away". The guy just has nothing to talk about except everyday middle-aged social problems.

Many bands of that time will admit they wanted to be like them. They are the reason like Godsmack to exist. It may not be totally noticeable at first, but come on: the angry, gruff vocals, the pissed off, self-loathing lyrics, the distorted yet heavy riffs, sloppy soloing, and gritty production, it screams Pantera. That's not a bad thing though.
