Just relistened to AWCTW and you are right. I do not know what I was thinking and I sincerely apologise. But yeah, World Freakshow, What You Know and I Have No Answers absolutely slap.

‘This means nothing to me, to me
The way we were is the way that I wanna be’
This was pre-Green-Day and it was magnificent.
Still is.

My Dad played this album a lot while I was a kid, it was great then. It is better now though as I can actually appreciate more of what it is doing. Also, I don't just play the same 3 songs and ignore the rest like I used to.

I remember buying it in 1992 and playing it in me dads Granada.
I still love it. Lot of absolute top knotch tunes but The Boatman has a special place.

I remember always asking my Dad to play The Boatman whenever he put the CD on. My favourite now has to be The Riverflow though.
Yes, this deserves the 5s.

Good choice.
So many classics though
l don’t think there’s a tune on it that is less than 4.3 and that’s probably Battle of the Beanfield which is still a blinder.

If I had to say which track is my least favourite, I would say it is The Road.

Finally starting to get into this...
This was definitely played at school a lot, so I probably took in about ten listens of this as a kid but I was the full Kerrang and would have dismissed it as the enemy

This band were massive with a certain crowd when I was at school so I do get that Zak 5
It was seen as very edgy to love this band in '92

interesting i never would have guessed

Definitely not edgy, they were seen as a right bunch of ponces from what I recall but at least there was a message and the music speaks for itself.
Album had some of my all time faves on it. One Way, 15yrs, Another Mans Cause,
The Boatman is top 15
They were played a lot in me teens and I still listen to this a fair bit and the odd tune off A Weapon Called the Word to this day.
