This is definitely worth at least giving a listen to. I thought they would be done after Sorry for Partyin but this is a pretty good album.

My eight year old's favorite band :D He'll be stoked when I download this for myself. I mean him... yeah him.

haha. nothing wrong with a lil BFS to lift your spirits. some people just take this band too damn seriously
|
| |
This band is like the LMFAO of pop punk tho.
|
| |
they're not even really pop punk tho....they're just bowling for soup lol. the 2 albums before this were meh but this is pretty fun

I don't think there's a whole "album" from them that I enjoy. I do have a playlist of about 20 songs from all over their discog that I enjoy.
My 8 year old does love the shit out of them though, I keep hoping they play a concert near us at some point so I can take him.

BFS are great fun so long as you dont take them seriously and realise that they dont take themselves seriously in the slightest.

The last time someone used the expression "not to take oneself seriously" in front of me, it was a female friend of my girlfriend whom she reverred and was presenting to me. I didn't understand what she meant and just asked (very seriously) "What do you mean ? Where is it obvious that the film doesn't take itself seriously ?" The girl didn't know how to answer and everything became awkward. We were having drinks in a pub and I consider that my girlfriend decided to dump me on that clumsy attitude (and a bit hostile I admit) of mine.
My problem is that most of the time when a band or a movie "doesn't take themselves seriously," they actually do. Bowling for soup might not give a damn about looking stupid and singing about stupid things, I think they take this attitude very seriously and I find that thinking they don't is dismissing their point. Now I need to check whether my actual girlfriend has read these lines.
And the movie was Raimi's first Spiderman in case you want to measure how much of an asshole I am. :p
