"Ya know, the guys (and girl) who get really into the music and start letting it 'take control' of their bodies"

No I mean people that throw themselves all over the place while the rest of us are just gently head-rocking

Oohh I see you mean like flailing with individual spastics swinging their arms and shit? didn't know those even went to stoner gigs lol (then again that's probably because of the place I live in), but if there's a good mosh at a right moment I'll always join.

Only time I really got angry was during a stoner show was with Red Fang where there were just soo mqny people pushing each other and it was soo tight that it did something like the movement of some all encompassing mass caterpillar with people falling by the dozens (dunno if this makes any sense though), walked away after like 4 songs

Yeah 'individual spastics' is a good way of putting it. I'd have though psychedelic/stoner would be where it's most common, lotsa opportunity to 'jam out'. I've never really been to a mosh-type show but I doubt I'd join in lol

Thanks for the late feature. Few people were aware of its existence.

Wonder how much it cost to license a
Beksinski piece for the cover art. Love
that image.

Sounds like something i want to hear
right now too.

That's cause it is. Everyone needs to hear this.

Not dark enough to be Beksinski

You mean it's not a Beksinski or the album isn't dark enough to have a Beksinski on it? That's definitely a Beksinski piece. He did it around 79/80.

Well the album's not dark enough plus I'd have said the artwork doesn't look dark enough, but my bad if it is Beksinski

Nope, my bad too, I was having reading comprehension issues so I figured I'd just ask for clarification.

Beksinski has a bunch of desert looking landscapes from around that period that look pretty atypical compared to the work that most people are familiar with. They don't feel oppressive like quite a bit of his work does.

There are some bands whose songs sound better when having 10+ minutes.

How can you say that with a Truckfighters avatar?

10+ minute songs are easily the best kind

Yay long songs ftw! Imagine the potential of You Suffer if ever it was a 10+ song

@Mad.

Should have been more clear in my OT, what I meant was that there should be some variation... both 10+ minute songs and 4 minute ones. Some bands do benefit better from only having those lengthy tunes, but I don't think SBE is one of them.
