Thanks everyone.
pos ?
eh, thought you were a contrib JT
Nah, never been a contrib. 19 reviews in 3 and a half years isn't enough to make contrib, especially seeing as I don't usually review new releases.

Shadows of the Sun or Perdition City. I'd personally say go for Shadows next but Perdition City is awesome too so you can't lose.

Excellent review Jamie. Wars of the Roses was among my favourite '11 albums (though perhaps I was more impressed by it since it was the first Ulver I heard), and I'm definitely going to check this one out as well.

Thanks Nag. Wars of the Roses is extremely underrated imo. I think this is better though, although it does take more time to get into than Wars (well it did for me anyway).

Got featured, nice
Only listen to this once but Garm's voice is mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm and I remember liking Son of Man a lot
|

Garm's vocals are amazing, agreed. Even though they are used very infrequently on here they still contribute greatly when
they do appear.

From the Ulver albums I've listened to (only really Bergtatt, Blood Inside and Shadows) I always thought they underused his vocals a lot. Does that change on their other albums?
