Zodiac is absolutely amazing, with the ever-evolving tracks, experimentation and the song collective working together as a unit. It's very hard to pick standouts, that album needs to be heard whole every single time.

There's so much more variation in songs on Zodiac than other ES albums, great electronica leanings and some of their most hilarious lyrics (Tables and Chairs), dunno what's not to like.

We all have our favourites... mine are Zodiac (MASTERWORK), Heartbeats & Brainwaves (slow-burning companion to Zodiac) and Switzerland (strongest standout songs).



Honestly though, this is the first album I've really hated by them. I've always dissed on each new release since first listening to them in 2003, only to be blown away by the eventual realisation of genius. It's just not happening for Mustang though. I think it's the SHITTY MASTERING. Seriously, hurts my ears.

Haven't heard H&B or Switzerland, but I'm glad to hear they're awesome. Haven't listened to this one either enough to notice the mastering, shame cuz you'd think after this long the band would know what they're doing
