The Swarm and The Descent sound so damn good, if only they were either integrated into a longer song or just elaborated on in general. ~2 minutes just isn't enough time for them to really take off and they could've been outstanding if expanded upon.



The single does nothing for me.

Mixing and mastering of the new record will be complete by the weeks end, Im excited to hear the new stuff but man has this single fostered some trepidation.

Why is Insomnium under the Prog metal genre on sputnik? Im pretty damn sure these guys are melo-death.
