its pretty much original versions of songs from that album, only with a much more sinister and less polished production. Also, back then the songs had more grindcore styled names, for instance "Memento Mori" was originally called "Eggbeater Abortion". I remember that because either myself or my roomate at the time (can't remember now) came up with it and they liked it so it stuck.

I wouldn't call this deathcore, probably just metalcore.
The lyrics on this are pure cheese but musically it rules.

On second listen, I can definitely see why this would be labeled as deathcore. I think I was thrown off by this actually being awesome, unlike most deathcore I've heard. It's so dense and raw.

yes! listened to architects of guilt quite a bit back in the day. them and as they sleep were cool. not many death metal bands on solid state. those are the only two i recall.
