Tried to check the album and only made it to the second song

It's not that the album is bad, it really isn't, but essentially Dream Theater have allowed themselves to become the Call of Duty of progressive metal. Same thing every album.

Dream Theater is terrible to me so them being the most generic version of themselves they can be is
more or less equal to my own personal hell

People can say whatever they want `bout this album but hearing some of the songs performed live was a great experience. After all those years DT still kicks ass!

Dis is a'ight. I mean, each song is really just as good as the next really. I like "Behind the Veil" best, I think, and the main riff of "The Looking Glass" always sounds great.
