Album is pretty dang good. Not their best. Certainly better than the ratings so far suggest. I really wish we could do in between ratings cuz I might just 4 this to up the ratings.

I just find it so hard to be interested in hearing this. I don't hate them, but I know what I'm going to get with this album and this brand of hardcore doesn't excite me at all anymore

Still does for me. That is how I've felt about post rock as of late. Sometimes I'll get burnt out on a genre for a while then come back to it a few months or a year later and love it again.

it is a grower for sure. this record has the same effect on me as travels had when i got into defeater. didn't like it very much cause it doesnt have much excitement and is pretty straight forward hardcore. empty days and lost ground are my fav's cause i think they are better at being more progressive and melodic.
i dig both of their styles tho and "letters home" is far from a disappointment.
