Field recordings are what music elitists stereotypically listen to. If a pleb feels like he's getting bullied by an elitist, they often cry "go listen to some field recordings" or something to that effect.

So I was joking that since not all elitists listen to or like field recordings, in addition to juxtaposing "field recordings" with anthropogenic since field recordings heavily imply nature and environment and anthropogenic suggests inside human constructions.

I just made a simple joke sound a lot deeper than it really is but there ya go.

Thank you for the explanation my music senior. Are you majoring in some literature subject in college or something cause
your vernacular, especially after i read your lakie lakor sound off, is pretty broad. or are you just good at using google?

No that sound off was a joke. I was trying to replicate pitchfork reviews and had a lot of fun with it.
