Surprised to hear that the "industrial" tags were actually not that far off with this; however just because it's noisy and different doesn't mean the production doesn't suck in places.
Feels like he just jumped into the new sound without learning its ins and outs first, pretty annoying to listen to because of that.
There's noise albums with better production than this.

You're right when you say it's "challenging". Moment like the end of I Am God seem abrasive simply for the sake of being
abrasive. I don't think it was meant to convey anything, it's all shock value. I get that feeling about a lot of things on this
record, but I have to admit that the aesthetic of a mainstream artist doing this sort of thing is pretty cool.
