Yeah, and Through the Iris, and the title track.

Seasons to Cycle is another one of my favs.

I recently downloaded the original version so I could have the instrumentals. Not too familiar with the other two after TTI and title track.

Yeah, Empires and Prey are probably the most forgettable in this album

That goes to Prey and Fault Line for me but this album is a masterpiece of alt metal in my book. So overlooked.

I don't really consider 10 years to be "Metal," more like rock to me

While alt metal is a lot softer than straight up metal. People have called this album nu metal but lol fuck no. I guess you could consider some of this rock but the album as a whole is alternative metal imo

Nu-metal this ain't. I don't even consider Red to be Nu-Metal for that matter. I'll just stick to alt rock for these guys.

Whatever you wanna call it. On of my favorite aspects of this album is how involved everyone is. The

drumming is phenomenal and the bass really stands out too. That's what you get when a band is

influenced by Tool and Deftones :D

Regardless, that's where they get it from. Jesse kinda sounds a bit like Maynard on this at parts too. Especially in the beginning of Waking Up.

The part where he goes in his higher register with the echo on his voice? Fuckin love it.

Cant believe I had never heard of them them before this last year or so. So, what do you think of their other stuff Mongi?

Minus the machine and division are awesome. Though they aren't as special as this, they are both great alt metal albums. They both have amazing closers too. Listen to Proud of you and ...And All Of The Other Colors

From the looks of your ratings you haven't tried many deftones albums? Give white pony a try if you haven't already. Koi No Yokan is also a great start for the band

Just Saturday Night and wasn't a fan. I have heard a bit of WP and didn't mind it. I will give it another go soon.
