I was initially going to try to get the featured review for this, but then I realized what a fuckfest of shit it is and decided to move on to Sabbath.
I think I made a good decision.

I don't think even a beautiful album cover would provide saving grace

After all he was the brains behind quintessential thrash album Rust in Peace
After all, *
I retained faith
Wording feels too fancy here, I'd go with 'held faith'.
one day the classic Megadeth spark will spawn another superb piece of thrash metal
Confusing segment-- the spark would spawn metal? Revise this.
Or so I thought.
This isn't exactly necessary, I'd scrap it.
Megadeth finally released an album that really, really sucks.
Avoid vague qualitative statements in your reviews, and instead tell us why it sucks. You could say half-baked, sub-par, mediocre, etc.., and any of these would be an infinitely more meaningful way to conclude your paragraph.
The beginning of your second paragraph faces this issue, too-- 'embarassing,' 'decent,' etc etc. Ultimately statements like these say very little, especially considering I could just listen to the album and hear these very qualities if I wanted to. As a reviewer, it's your job to bring a fresh perspective to the table. Impress me, and make me see this album in a different way than I would've on my own.
This review's midsection has a fair share of fluff. You continue telling us that the album is disappointing, that you don't like certain parts of it, but why? Why should I care about this album, and your opinion on it? A review is a chance for you to teach me things about the album. If I want simple opinions on it, I'll go on the band's forums. Tell the reader why things are the way they are-- back up the big statements you make.
The rest of your review works via vague, unnecessary descriptions ("despite the obvious nü-metal influence it remains a damn fun outro") and big statements that need backing up. I know you're passionate about the music you write about, and I've seen it in a few of your past reviews-- this just feels too much like a biased Wikipedia entry to me.
One thing you can work on is elaboration here. It's fine to make a bold statement about the music, preferred, even, but it means little if you change the topic soon after, failing to explain your reasoning. Focus on fleshing out your ideas more-- you should be able to condense your reviews to three or so main points you want to make, and then from there, finding ways to prove those points. Do so, and you'll see a big difference-- not only in how your reviews are received, but in how satisfied with them you are.

Wow massive post Omaha

Not egregiously so if you take out the first part, with its wonky formatting and all. I promise!

"despite the obvious nu-metal influence"
....Where? The fact that Draiman's voice is there? Because nothing in that outro is nu-metal-ish in the least...
Great review, though.
