Yeah, way better than their first two records. I used to dig them but whenever my flatmate plays them nowadays I'm just like uggghhhhh

Yea for sure. I get where people come from when they say they hate it though cause it's certainly not for everyone.

Yeah, this was a really bad release, the only song from this album that I like is The Catalyst, but that's it, everything else sucks. I mean granted it's not the worst thing out there. There's worse *cough* *cough* Nickeback *cough* but yeah, this was a musical failure.

I hated the lazy lyrics and the autotune used in the catalyst. Album as a concept work flows very well and some songs are decent. But shit like robot boy, messenger and the pointless interludes represent very low points

Haha oh Nickelback. The Catalyst is one of the very few examples where autotune is used very well imo. The second half doesn't use it. This is definitely not for hardcore fans of HT, but it's their most mature work to date imo.

The autotune in the catalyst compared to another eacts is good, but I dont like too much the autotune. In lyrical terms is ok cuz the political speech made here is more polished than in MTM but doesn't mean that is the best work, there are very bad songs here, the production make of brad, dave and rob's work non existent and is the first workk they have flaws with the vocal work. Not always maturity means a good work and here they became a little bit boring. I love the old LP works but I'm not a close minded person which rates MTM, ATS and living things with the lowest score cuz those works have some enjoyable tracks and some pros, but if those albums have notorious flaws flaws I can't rate them with 3 or with a higher note

Remember when a lot of people in youtube leaked the preview of that song, never seen a song with more remixes than that one

@NapalmCrusader: Nah I get ya. I'm not a closed minded person either and I love when a band changes their style. I personally think this is great obviously, but I'm not gonna try to make ya love it. It's not perfect, but my personal favorite of Linkin Park. HT will always have a special place in my heart cause it was one of the first albums that actually started to get me into music if you know what I mean.

Literally never have or will understand the hate for this album.

It flows so fuckin well its ridiculous. Robot Boy is probably a fave.

Dat atmosphere.

HT will remain their best for me due to nostalgia.
