Sleepless nights is my favorite track on the EP. The crushing guitars in the intro that lead into a melodic chord progression..such a great track

Most definitely. This album is so much about learning to stop wishing for the past. Like at graduation at high school and college or at the end of summer when you wish that things wouldn't have to end just yet. Or your first semester in college when you're missing the way things used to be.
