I think the performance on Fortress is more talented as well as the vocals improving, but the songwriting is just more fresh to me on Kezia. Also some songs on Fortress such as Spoils and the two Goddess tracks were meh to me and there aren't any meh songs on here.

I disagree, I think Fortress has more consistency while this has a couple more moments of brilliance... both are pretty great in the end.

Fortress' was a strong release by PTH however I personally say that Kezia proves it obsolete. The overall sound as well as the technicality was way stronger. The riffs were just catchier.

Fact - Fortress contains more technical wankery than Kezia

Fortress and Kezia are good. Scurrilous not so much.
