Yeah besides Burn With Me and Mechanical Illusion this is a pretty big let down. They definitely went for aesthetic style of substance with this one...which when compared to their last album which also stressed aesthetic style of substance says an awful lot about this one.
I'll probably end up writing a more negative review of this.
I do really enjoy Burn With Me, though. Much better ballad than Amaranthine.

The drummer in this band is just damn amazing. He's doing an absolutely fantastic job in the band The Arcane Order and he has on certain occasions taken Dirk's place to play live with Soilwork and that says quite a lot.

I'm really liking this. It's not super often that I hear cheesy, formulaic, catchy, turn-off-your-
brain-and-listen music that I can endorse without any shame. This is great to listen to casually while
doing other things.
