Well i dunno. If i see a 3 review its usually not all that positive

A 3 shouldn't be considered a bad rating, though. I think it's that we're used to equating 3/5s and 6/10s with Ds in school, yada yada

When I give an album a 3, I definitely enjoyed listening to it - I just wanted much more from it.
