tbh i like this a lot more than anything they've done. reminds me a bit of early Wilco with a bit of scuzz thrown in

i'm not sure whether i am just resentful of their new direction or whether this is actually as boring as it seems, but either way, i didn't like it.

a lot of the negative bits about this album all just seem to sound like "wahhhh change"

that's because this appeals to a completely different audience than their previous work. change isn't inherently bad, but neither is being disappointed by it.

maybe "pretty" was an adjective not a modifier.

i didnt like immaculada that much. its solid, has an aweomse sound but for me as unmemorable as this probably is for everyone else. Leave Home is an easy 4 imo, their best, open your heart was a 2.5, and this might settle as a 3.5. I really like it
